She has to be SOMETHING

*SPOILER* FOR TWILIGHT
If you have read Twilight and the following books, you know who Bell is. After we both had read the third book, Mom and I were discussing the books (of course), when Mom suddenly said, "I think Bella's something." I asked her what she meant and she explained she thought Bella was something the way Edward and Jacob are something. Well, I was trying to fall asleep one night when I was thinking about it quite seriously. I came up with a list. As follows (with a few explanations):
She only feels comfortable (and actually does) feel comfortable around mythical creatures (ie. vampires, werewolves)
She is very clumsy (of course Jacob was a klutz before he phased)
All the mythical creatures have gone through some sort of change
She has not gone through a change and could in the 4th book
Her hair is brown, her eyes are brown (and soft), and she misses the brown of the desert
She can smell blood
"Has a private mind" (according to Stephenie Meyer) or can not be affected by gifted vampires who work with psyche and mind
Has strange dreams that are almost like prophecies (dream with Edward and Jacob in the forest)
Her skin is very fair
The list could go on and on, but I have some theories about what she could change into: (Mom's idea) elf, (my idea) unicorn, and fairy.

Whatever it is she needs to stop being such a wimp and change.

my ideas... hobbit, mermaid, Beast (as in beauty and the), or tinkerbell... but i guess she can't fly. jk.

i'm embarrassed to admit that this post has really made me wonder too, though... boo. I want to know now.

witch of some sort? although that doesn't seem like meyer's style. something animal-like that lives in the desert or nature... Nymph?
