On Wednesday, I was lucky enough to go to a party on the lake. I was at a team member's grandmother's house. What happened was this: After a long run, all of us that were going(it was a reward for summer running) piled ourselves and our stuff into a car. Then we drove to the lake house. We got settled, then all of us went swimming with a noodle. We all basically stayed out on the lake all day. I put sunscreen on, but obviously not enough. To say the least, I got burnt on my face and shoulders. My face is fine, but don't be surprised if I'm not very excited about a hug. A lot of the people on the team were worried about how burnt I got, but I assured them I was fine. In the evening, a girl's parents took us out on a boat for a sunset swim. It was great. We watched a movie on TV. There wasn't any hot water for showers, which felt good on my sunburn. I had a great night's sleep, but I still took a nap today to recover. I'm glad I was able to go. Bye!

Abby that sounds terrible. I hope the burn heals quickly and you will one day remember just how red headed you realy are.
hope I gave you enough hugs and back pats this weekend-- I wouldn't want you to think that you're unloved! I wish we could have made it out to the lake also, though!
