Fifteen Candles

No, it's not 16 candles. I can't date yet. There's no Jake Ryan or a beautiful sister getting married (sorry, fellas, they're already taken;)]. But, I will be able to take a test which will permit me to drive at certain times(on the way to seminary, on the way to church, maybe even soccer practice!- you know where). At this time, my mom will actually allow me to drive. This is HUGE!! Mom has told me(multiple times) that I can not drive until I have my permit. I recently confided to my mom that I was scared to drive. Mom, the comforting nurse she is, said, "That's all right. That's just your survival instinct." Thanks, Mom.

Now back to the candles thing. I will be turning 15. I always feel so bad because I always feel so selfish thinking about stuff I want, but people always ask me, so here goes:

10,000 B.C.

You've probably seen a trailer for this movie before. It's cheesy. I still liked it. It's historically inaccurate. Still liking it. The actors wear tons of makeup and contact lenses. STILL LIKING IT! The special effects and the love story were fun. The fight scenes might be a little gruesome, but if you've made it through Jurassic Park, then you can get through this. (That's just my opinion.)

Howl's Moving Castle

I had been meaning to do a post on this movie before, but ... I didn't. So here it is. This movie is absolutely awesome. You will be captivated in the first five minutes. I should know because after five minutes, my sister called me and I talked to her. But the movie is spectacular. You should try it out.
